Find your username in page 2 of your student handbook

MIMS login is your student email (name@students.edu.sg) and password.

If you have problems logging in, try clearing your entire web browser history, using another device or another web browser to login before trying to do a password self reset or asking your teachers to reset.

^ You can install the Microsoft Office desktop software on 15 of your home desktop/laptop (PC/Mac), smartphone and tablets. Microsoft account comes with Minecraft Education.

All new passwords must meet the following criteria:

  1. Case sensitivity

  2. Minimum length of 8 characters

  3. First character must be a letter or number (not a symbol)

  4. Must not include any part of the student’s name or username

  5. New password must not have been used previously

  6. Must include at least 2 of the following:

    • Uppercase letters (A-Z)

    • Lowercase letters (a-z)

    • Numbers (0-9)

    • Symbols (!, #, $, etc.)

1. Minimum 12 characters
2. Contain at least 1 number



Setup security questions

  1. Login to MIMS

  2. Clck on MIMS SSPR (green button)

  3. Setup Security Questions

  4. If you already had previously set up security questions, you will need to click Clear Answers before you can proceed.

  5. Click Confirm

  6. Select the questions you want and put in a answer. (It should not be easy to guess by others)

  7. Click Save Answers

Login Failed

Check that you are typing the email and password correctly.

Your login has been disabled due to intruder detection.

Your account is locked due to too many wrong tries. Click Forgot Passwod to reset or contact school to reset.

Your account is temporarily locked.

Your account is locked for a random amount of time. Might be minutes to hours. You can try again later or do a self reset
